The Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the power conferred on him by section 5 (1) of the Electoral Act 1997 (No. 25 of 1997), hereby orders as follows: |
||
|
1. This order may be cited as the Constituency Commission (Establishment) Order 2011. |
||
|
2. A Constituency Commission is hereby established to perform the function assigned to it by Part II of the Electoral Act 1997 . |
||
|
