I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 of the Criminal Law (Defence and the Dwelling) Act 2011 (No. 35 of 2011), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Law (Defence and the Dwelling) Act 2011 (Commencement) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 13th day of January 2012 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Law (Defence and the Dwelling) Act 2011 (No. 35 of 2011) shall come into operation. |
||
