I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (Part 1 and Section 28) (Commencement) Order 2012.

2. The day fixed as the day on which Part 1 and section 28 of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012) come into operation on 25th July 2012.
