I, PHIL HOGAN, Minister for the Environment, Community and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 23 of 2012), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Act 2012 (Appointed Day) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The day appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of the Dormant Accounts (Amendment) Act 2012 (No. 23 of 2012) is 31 December 2012. |
||
