I, RICHARD BRUTON T.D., Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (No. 31 of 2012), hereby make the following order: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (Commencement) Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 30th day of August 2012 is appointed as the day upon which the Microenterprise Loan Fund Act 2012 (No. 31 of 2012), shall come into operation. |
||
|
|
||
|
