I, ALAN SHATTER, Minister for Defence, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Civil Defence Act 2012 (No. 51 of 2012), hereby order as follows: |

1. This Order may be cited as the Civil Defence Board Dissolution Order 2012. |
||
|
2. The 31st day of December 2012 is appointed as the dissolution day for the Civil Defence Board. |
||
|
