I, RUAIRÍ QUINN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 6 (1) of the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (No. 35 of 2012), hereby order as follows: |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (Establishment Day) Order 2013. |
||
|
2. The 25th day of March 2013 is appointed as the establishment day for the purposes of the Residential Institutions Statutory Fund Act 2012 (No. 35 of 2012). |
||
