The Insolvency Service of Ireland in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 3 and section 20 of the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 [No. 44 of 2012] (the “Act”), with the consent of the Minister for Justice and Equality, hereby makes the following regulations: |
||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Personal Insolvency Act 2012 (Personal Insolvency Practitioner Authorisation and Renewal of Authorisation Prescribed Fees) Regulations 2013. |
||
2. (1) The amount of €1,500 is prescribed as the fee payable to the Insolvency Service of Ireland for the purposes of section 163(2)(e) of the Act. |
||
(2) The amount of €1,000 is prescribed as the fee payable to the Insolvency Service of Ireland for the purposes of section 166(2)(c)(ii) of the Act. |
