I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 58 (2) of the Irish Aviation Authority Act 1993 (No. 29 of 1993) (as adapted by the Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 141 of 2011 )) and after consultation with the Irish Aviation Authority in accordance with section 5(4) of that Act hereby make the following order, a draft of which has been laid before each House of the Oireachtas in accordance with section 5(7) of that Act and a resolution approving of the draft has been passed by each such House: hereby order the following Regulations:

1. This Order may be cited as the Irish Aviation Authority Act 1993 (Amendment of Schedule) (Annexe 19 to Chicago Convention) Order 2013.

2. The Schedule (as amended by the Irish Aviation Authority Act 1993 (Amendment of Schedule) Order 1995 ( S.I. No. 171 of 1995 )) to the Irish Aviation Authority Act 1993 (No. 29 of 1993) is amended by inserting the following entry:

"Annexe 19 - Safety Management".
