The Government, on the request of the Minister for Education and Skills and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Education and Skills) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. Mr. Neil Ward, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Education and Skills, Marlborough Street, Dublin 1, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Education and Skills with effect from 29 January 2014. |
||
