Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

"Iris Oifigiúil" of 3rd October, 2014.

I, RICHARD BRUTON, Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 26 of 2014), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) Order 2014.

2. The 30th day of September 2014 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 26 of 2014) shall come into operation:

(a) Part 1;

(b) Part 2;

(c) Part 3 (other than subsections (5)(b) and (6) of section 15);

(d) Part 6.
