I, Frances Fitzgerald, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 (No. 26 of 2014), hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 (section 35(d)) (Commencement) Order 2014. |
||
|
2. The 13th day of November, 2014 is appointed as the day on which section 35 (d) of the Employment Permits (Amendment) Act 2014 shall come into operation. |
||
