Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, JAN O’SULLIVAN, Minister for Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 16 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following:-

1. This Scheme may be cited as the Student Grant (Amendment) Scheme 2015

2. This Scheme comes into operation on 21st July, 2015.

3. The Student Grant Scheme 2015 ( S.I. No. 155 of 2015 ) is hereby amended by inserting in Article 22(4) the following payment known for the purposes of the Scheme as "income disregards":

"• Back to Work Family Dividend"

The Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform consents to the making of the foregoing Scheme.
