The Government in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 7B(2)(e)(amended by section 32 (c) of the Gas Regulation Act 2013 (No. 39 of 2013)) of the Gas Act 1976 (No. 30 of 1976) hereby order as follows: |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Gas Act 1976 (Appointment of majority-shareholding Minister) Order 2015. |
||
|
2. The Minister for Environment, Community and Local Government is appointed the majority-shareholding Minister. |
||
|
|
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal, of the Government. |
||
|
