Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 31st March, 2017. | ||
I, KATHERINE ZAPPONE, Minister for Children and Youth Affairs, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 30 of 2015), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (Commencement) Order 2017. | ||
2. The 31st day of March 2017 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Children (Amendment) Act 2015 (No. 30 of 2015) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) section 3; | ||
(b) section 4(d); | ||
(c) sections 27 to 30; | ||
(d) section 32. | ||
