S.I. No. 349/2017 - Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation) Order 2017.


Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st August, 2017.

The Government, on the request of the Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation) Order 2017.

2. Each person mentioned in the Schedule, particulars of each of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation, 23 Kildare Street, Dublin 2, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Tánaiste and Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation with effect from 14 June 2017.
