Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, CATHERINE BYRNE, Minister of State at the Department of Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 9 of 2016) and the Health (Delegation of Ministerial Functions) (No. 4) Order 2017 ( S.I. No. 339 of 2017 ), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2017. | ||
2. The 22nd day of November 2017 is appointed as the day on which section 7 (f) of the Misuse of Drugs (Amendment) Act 2016 (No. 9 of 2016) shall come into operation. | ||
