Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 15th December, 2017. | ||
The Government, on the request of the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government) Order 2017. | ||
2. Jennifer Carroll Mac Neill, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government with effect from 6 November 2017. | ||
