Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 19th December, 2017. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 of the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (No. 26 of 2017), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (Establishment Day) Order 2017. | ||
2. The 1st day of January 2018 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of the National Shared Services Office Act 2017 (No. 26 of 2017). | ||
