S.I. No. 643/2017 - European Communities (Article 11) (Directive 97/9/EC) (Third Country Branches) Regulations 2017

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 23rd January, 2018.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (2) of the Finance Act 2017 (No. 643 of 2017), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Finance Act 2017 (Section 10) (Commencement) Order 2017.

2. The 1st day of January 2018 is appointed as the day on which section 10 of the Finance Act 2017 (No. 643 of 2017) shall come into operation.
