Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st September, 2018. | ||
I, HEATHER HUMPREYS, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 19 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2018. | ||
2. The 19th day of September 2018 is appointed as the day on which the Industrial Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 19 of 2018) shall come into operation. | ||
