Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11 (1) of the Public Service Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Advisers (Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment) Order 2018. | ||
2. Mr Patrick Cluskey, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment with effect from 16th October 2018. | ||
3. Ms Sarah O’Neill, particulars of whose address have been deposited at the offices of the Department of Communications, Climate Action and Environment, is appointed to be a Special Adviser to the Minister for Communications, Climate Action and Environment with effect from 16th October 2018. | ||
