I, JOE McHUGH, Minister For Education and Skills, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by sections 4 , 7 , 8 and 14 of the Student Support Act 2011 (No. 4 of 2011), having consulted with the Higher Education Authority, and with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, hereby make the following Regulations: | ||
Citation and Commencement | ||
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2018. | ||
2. These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of January 2019. | ||
3. Schedule 1 to the Student Support Regulations 2018 ( S.I. No. 101 of 2018 ) is amended in PART A thereof, by the insertion of the following approved institution: | ||
“Technological University Dublin” | ||

These Regulations are an amendment to the existing principal Regulations ( S.I. No. 101 of 2018 ) which prescribe "approved institutions" and other matters for the purposes of the Student Support Act 2011 . | ||
These Regulations may be cited as the Student Support (Amendment) Regulations 2018. |
