Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, PASCHAL DONOHUE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsections (1) and (2) of section 28 of the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (No. 39 of 2000), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the National Treasury Management Agency (Amendment) Act 2000 (Delegation of Investment Functions) Order 2019. | ||
2. In relation to the National Surplus (Exceptional Contingencies) Reserve Fund, the functions of the Minister under section 8 of the National Surplus (Reserve Fund for Exceptional Contingencies) Act 2019 in relation to the investment of that fund, or part of the fund, are delegated to the Agency. | ||
