Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th February, 2020. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 17 (2) of the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (No. 50 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 29th day of January 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Migration of Participating Securities Act 2019 (No. 50 of 2019) shall come into operation. | ||
