Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th May, 2020. | ||
The Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 1 (3) of the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (No. 47 of 2019) hereby orders as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 8th day of June 2020 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Act 2019 (No. 47 of 2019) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) sections 1 and 2; | ||
(b) subsections (1), (2), (3) and (4) of section 11. | ||
