Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, DARRAGH O’ BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 (1)(k) of the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 23 of 2020), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (Part 22) (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 21st day of December 2020 is appointed as the day on which Part 22 of the Withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union (Consequential Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 23 of 2020) shall come into operation. | ||
