Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th January, 2021. | ||
I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 12 (2) of the Financial Provisions (Covid-19) Act 2020 hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Financial Provisions (Covid-19) Act 2020 (Commencement) Order 2020. | ||
2. The 20th day of July 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Financial Provisions (Covid-19) Act 2020 shall come into operation. | ||
