Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 4th day of January 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 11 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018) comes into operation. | ||
