Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 11th June, 2021. | ||
I, Darragh O’Brien, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (No.11 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (Part 2) (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 14th day of June 2021 is appointed as the day on which Part 2 of the Planning and Development, Heritage and Broadcasting (Amendment) Act 2021 (No.11 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
