Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 14 (2) of the Workplace Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (No. 29 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Workplace Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 29th day of July 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Workplace Relations (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2021 (No. 29 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
