Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 28th December, 2021. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 18 (3) of the Planning and Development (Amendment) (Large-scale Residential Development) Act 2021 (No. 40 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development (Amendment) (Large-scale Residential Development) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021. | ||
2. The 17th day of December 2021 is appointed to be the day on which the Planning and Development (Amendment) (Large-scale Residential Development) Act 2021 (No. 40 of 2021), other than section 17(6), shall come into operation. | ||
