Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd June, 2022. | ||
I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (4) of the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (No. 20 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 31st day of May 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (No. 20 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
