Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Criminal Evidence Act 1992 (No. 12 of 1992) (as adapted by the Justice and Equality (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 452 of 2020 )), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Evidence Act 1992 (Section 13) (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 30th day of June 2022 is fixed as the day on which section 13 of the Criminal Evidence Act 1992 (No. 12 of 1992) shall come into operation for a Special Criminal Court. | ||
