Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th August, 2022. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Affordable Housing Act 2021 (No. 25 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Affordable Housing Act 2021 (Commencement of Section 6(2)(c)) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 28th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which subsection (2)(c) of section 6 of the Affordable Housing Act 2021 (No.25 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
