Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st October, 2022. | ||
I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Greyhound Racing Act 2019 (No. 15 of 2019), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Greyhound Racing Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 20th day of October 2022 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Greyhound Racing Act 2019 (No. 15 of 2019) come into operation: | ||
(a) section 7; | ||
(b) sections 27 to 29; | ||
(c) Part 7; | ||
(d) Part 8, other than section 51. | ||
