Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (2) of the Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022 (No. 23 of 2022) hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 27th day of October 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Payment of Wages (Amendment) (Tips and Gratuities) Act 2022 (No. 23 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
