Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd December, 2022. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 4) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 1st day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 56 of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021) shall come into operation. | ||
