Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, Charlie McConalogue, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 9th day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which Parts 1 and 2 of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022) come into operation. | ||
