Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 8 (3) of the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 38 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 8th day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Credit Guarantee (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 38 of 2022) shall come into operation. | ||
