Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st July, 2023. | ||
I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 17th day of July 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) Part 1; | ||
(b) section 42(d); | ||
(c) sections 43, 45, and 47. | ||
