Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st December, 2023. | ||
I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 3) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 30th day of November 2023 is appointed as the day on which paragraph (l) of section 5 of the Road Traffic and Roads Act 2023 (No. 16 of 2023) shall come into operation, insofar as it relates to the following provisions of section 5 6A of the Road Traffic Act 1961 (No. 24 of 1961): | ||
(a) subsection (7)(c), and | ||
(b) subsections (8) to (10). | ||
