Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, HELEN MCENTEE, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 32 (3) of the European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 9 of 2024), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 1st day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which the European Arrest Warrant (Amendment) Act 2024 (No. 9 of 2024) shall come into operation. | ||
