Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||

I, MICHAEL MCGRATH, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Act 2023 (No. 20 of 2023), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Act 2023 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 30th day of April 2024 is appointed as the day on which sections 41 and 42 of the Mother and Baby Institutions Payment Scheme Act 2023 (No. 20 of 2023) shall come into operation. | ||
