Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in | ||
“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th May, 2024. | ||
I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Section 6) (Commencement) Order 2024. | ||
2. The 13th day of May 2024 is appointed as the day on which section 6 of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021) shall come into operation | ||
