Trusts-powers and duties of trustees-application for directions-disclosure of trust accounts to settlor (personally excluded from benefit under trust) for use in his English matrimonial proceedings ordered in interests of beneficiaries, since (i) trust one of several family trusts and matrimonial proceedings involve family members; (ii) financial information in matrimonial proceedings otherwise incomplete and may raise adverse inferences against settlor; (iii) non-disclosure protracting matrimonial proceedings and affecting trust assets; (iv) disclosure in "interests" of beneficiaries of settlement (family members), "interests" under Trusts (Jersey) Law 1984, art. 24(2) being widely defined; and (v) no issue of privacy because most trust information available
