Criminal Procedure-committal proceedings-committal for trial-direct indictment-Attorney General has customary law power to indict defendant directly in Royal Court, even if proceedings commenced in Magistrate's Court-subject to review by Royal Court-must be good reason not to follow committal process, e.g. to avoid old style committal requiring vulnerable five-year-old victim to have to give evidence twice as to sexual offences
