Breach of a 2 year probation order, with 240 hours' community service, to be completed within first year of the order, made by the Royal Court on 9th June, 2000 (See Jersey Unreported Judgment of that date) on guilty plea to:

JUDGMENT
THE DEPUTY BAILIFF:
1. We are willing to extend the time in which you can undertake the remainder of your community service - that is to say another 115 hours - until the end of the probation period. So you have just under a year in which to do it. But do not misunderstand what will happen if you behave like this again. You have got to go to the Probation Officer when you are meant to and you have got to turn up to do the community service. If there is a medical reason for your not coming then you must, perhaps with the assistance of your brother, produce a medical certificate so that everyone knows that you are telling the truth. If you start not turning up again, you may be brought back to this Court and I have to tell you that you will not be given a second chance. Probation Orders are made to be obeyed and community service is intended to be done, so count yourself fortunate and please do not let us see you back here again for a second breach because then we would almost certainly have to send you to prison.
