Falsification of an insurance disc, contrary to Article 17(1)(b) of the Motor Traffic (Third Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 1948 (Count 4);

1 count of:

Wrongful use of an insurance disc, contrary to Article 17(1)(a) of the Motor Traffic (Third Party Insurance) (Jersey) Law, 1948 (Count 5);

 

[On 29th July, 2004, the Defendant was found not guilty by the Inferior Number of the Royal Court on Counts 1 to 3 of the indictment].

 

Age:     36

 

Plea:    Convicted on a not guilty plea by the Inferior Number of the Royal Court en police correctionnelle on 29th July, 2004.

 

Conclusions:

 

Count 4:

£100 fine, or 1 month's imprisonment , in default.

Count 5:

£100 fine, or 1 month's imprisonment , in default.

 

Sentence and Observations of Court:

Conclusions granted.  7 days to pay.
