Representation in relation to notification requirements of the Sex Offenders (Jersey) Law 2010.

JUDGMENT

THE DEPUTY BAILIFF:

1.        The decision is that RR is to be subject to the notification requirements and will be unable to bring an application to have them disapplied until at least 5 years has gone by, a very short detailed decision will be given on this in writing at a later stage.
